Vertical 03 · Driver readiness

Turn trained drivers into a scheduled, deployable team.

VINE monitors the path from orientation to the schedule. Training progress, On-Road Experience (ORE), availability, schedule changes, and readiness blockers stay visible, so ready drivers are deployed to approved work and client leadership can make faster staffing decisions.

What VINE handles

  • Monitor training progress and flag drivers who are stalled or overdue.
  • Coordinate training and ORE schedules using client-approved requirements.
  • Communicate approved dates, reminders, attendance confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Track pending, completed, missed, and rescheduled training or ORE sessions.
  • Maintain employee availability, recurring restrictions, approved days off, and schedule limitations.
  • Prepare the regular weekly work schedule using client-approved staffing rules and known availability.
  • Deploy ready drivers onto the approved work schedule and track changes, call-outs, and readiness status for client follow-up.

Client-controlled decisions

The DSP retains final authority over training standards, ORE approval, driver qualification, staffing levels, schedule approval, route assignment, and employment decisions.

Important service boundary

Work deployment means placing ready drivers onto the client-approved work schedule. This service does not include fleet management, vehicle assignment, route assignment, dispatching, rescue coordination, rental-vehicle coordination, or real-time route monitoring.
