Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the VINE Solutions website and interactions with VINE AI Recruiting, including recruiting communications that may occur through Facebook Messenger or other authorized channels.

Use of the recruiting service

VINE AI Recruiting may help applicants receive information about job opportunities, answer routine recruiting questions, collect applicant-provided information, share forms or next steps, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruiting records. Some communications may be automated or AI-assisted and may also be reviewed or handled by authorized human team members.

No guarantee of employment

Using VINE AI Recruiting, communicating through Messenger, completing a form, or participating in an interview does not guarantee employment, an interview, an offer, or any particular hiring outcome. Final hiring and employment decisions remain with the participating recruiting client or other authorized employer representative.

Applicant responsibilities

Applicants should provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting passwords, financial credentials, or unrelated sensitive information through Messenger or public website forms. Applicants are responsible for reviewing job requirements and any employer-specific notices or documents provided during the recruiting process.

Communications

By initiating a recruiting conversation or submitting information, an applicant authorizes reasonable recruiting-related communication through the channel used and any additional contact method voluntarily provided. Applicants may ask to stop non-required recruiting follow-ups at any time.

Privacy and applicant data

Information collected or received through recruiting interactions is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Applicants may also review our Data Deletion Instructions for information about access and deletion requests.

Meta and third-party platforms

When the recruiting service uses Facebook, Messenger, Meta APIs, or other third-party platforms, those services are also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. Meta-provided data is handled in accordance with applicable permissions, policies, and Meta Platform Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, submit fraudulent applications, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, scrape restricted data, or use recruiting communications for harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Service availability and changes

Features, integrations, recruiting workflows, supported communication channels, and service availability may change over time. We may modify or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary for security, platform compliance, client requirements, maintenance, or operational reasons.

No professional advice

Information provided through this website or recruiting service is not legal, tax, immigration, employment-law, payroll, or other professional advice. Applicants and clients should obtain appropriate advice when needed.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website and recruiting service are provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information and reliable operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free automated responses, job availability, or hiring outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VINE Solutions, VINE AI Recruiting, and Sync2VA Online Learning Corp. are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or recruiting communication tools.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the recruiting service, technology, platform requirements, or applicable obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
