This Privacy Policy explains how applicant, recruiting, Messenger, and website inquiry information may be received, used, stored, and managed in connection with VINE Solutions and VINE AI Recruiting.
Who operates the platform and recruiting service
Sync2VA Online Learning Corp. operates the verified technical platform and application infrastructure used to support authorized integrations, including Meta/Facebook platform access where applicable.
VINE Solutions and VINE AI Recruiting provide recruiting, applicant communication, coordination, and related recordkeeping services for participating clients.
Information we may receive
When an applicant communicates with a participating Facebook Page, VINE AI Recruiting may receive and process information made available through Facebook Messenger, Meta platform integrations, or information the applicant voluntarily provides during the recruiting process.
This may include messages and replies, basic profile or account information made available by Meta, application details, contact information, interview or availability information, conversation timestamps, attachments, and related recruiting records.
How applicant information is used
Applicant information may be used only for legitimate recruiting and operational purposes, including:
- Responding to applicant questions and recruiting inquiries.
- Communicating about job opportunities, requirements, interviews, forms, and next steps.
- Supporting applicant screening, hiring coordination, and recruiting workflow administration.
- Maintaining recruiting records, application status, communication history, and follow-up information.
- Supporting service quality, troubleshooting, security, and authorized operational reporting.
Messenger and Meta platform data
Applicant Messenger data may be received and processed when an applicant chooses to communicate with a Facebook Page that uses VINE AI Recruiting. Information received from Facebook, Messenger, Meta APIs, or related Meta platform features is handled only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable Meta permissions, policies, and Meta Platform Terms.
VINE Solutions, VINE AI Recruiting, and the platform operator do not use Meta-provided applicant data for unrelated advertising or unrelated profiling.
Storage and backend systems
Applicant information may be stored in backend systems used to operate the recruiting service, including databases, applicant records, workflow systems, communication logs, and other authorized business systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel, contractors, clients, or service providers who require the information for recruiting, support, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support the recruiting process, business recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell applicant information
Applicant personal information is not sold. We do not sell Messenger conversations, application information, contact information, or recruiting records to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the relevant recruiting client, authorized VINE or Sync2VA personnel, and technology or service providers that support hosting, databases, communications, security, or recruiting operations. These parties are expected to use the information only for authorized purposes consistent with their role and applicable agreements.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Applicants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with the recruiting service. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant applicant record or Messenger interaction. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester's identity before fulfilling a request. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or required for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal obligations, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Website inquiries
When someone submits a form through the VINE Solutions website, we may collect the name, work email, company, service interest, operational challenge, and basic campaign or referral information provided with that inquiry. Website inquiry information is used to respond, route the request to the appropriate team, and maintain reasonable business records.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and applicants should avoid sending passwords, financial credentials, or unrelated sensitive information through Messenger or public website forms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our recruiting services, technology, legal requirements, or platform obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
